When posting a thread or comment, you can now use the new "Spoiler" tag to hide content, forcing the reader to click on the block header to reveal your message.
To use it, enclose the information you wish to be hidden between the spoiler flags, like this:

The result is this (to see the message, click on the "Show Content" banner):
