Update to NTSC friendly games collection

Welcome to the forum @wongojack Glad to have you aboard! I hope you enjoy the collection of NTSC games. I haven't updated it in while, but I should do so again very soon. There are obviously lots of NTSC friendly games still out there.

I discovered Arkanoid and Arkanoid II require an NTSC version.  They're on CSDB, but I didn't see it in the list over on the website.

I took a look at the Arkanoids over on CSDB and all the ones I tried played fast on NTSC.  So, unless someone knows of a version that plays differently out there, they won't be included in my NTSC collection.  This is the same reason Commando isn't in my collection, either.
